Recently Grace attended a birthday party and it was Japanese style.
The girls all had kimonos, and put geisha makeup on. They fixed their hair up with the cutest little chopsticks.
Her friend's mom made the dinner most of it from scratch like won-ton soup, green tea, and rice with seaweed, Crab Rangoon and several other things. It was a great experience for all of them.
It was Graces first time to try Sushi and she actually liked it!
Each girl got a goldfish bowl with two goldfish to take home.
This was definitely a party she won't forget.
Such great memories with sweet friends

ReplyDeleteThat is probably the coolest thing I've ever heard. Where did they get all the kimono's? Did you buy them or rent them? I have a 7 year old party to plan and that would be the coolest party.
ReplyDeleteYes, I will steal it in a skinny minute if I can find kimono's. lol
Seems like a lovely party. Since I am color blind I find it diificult to read your posts because of the light colors you have chosen, I try to read quickly as much as possible before the whole page loads. Oh well. its just me.
